We can pick most mechanical locks that are about 20 years or older. But many of the newer locks have upgraded design features that make it very difficult to pick in a reasonable amount of time. If it takes too long to pick, we have other bypass methods we can try but in some cases we may have to drill and replace a cylinder or core. We carry replacement cylinders, cores and other parts for the most common locks being used in our area, both residential and commercial.
Yes! We provide comprehensive residential and commercial lock installation services tailored to your security needs. It doesn't matter if the door is wood, metal or composite.
Rekeying typically takes about 5-20 minutes per lock, depending on the type of lock and its condition.
We do not duplicate, generate or program vehicle keys or FOB's. Automotive Locksmithing has become a specialized industry by itself and we have a good relationship with another local locksmith who only works on car, truck, motorcycle, RV and boat lock and ignition systems. We would refer you to him.
We no longer offer 24 hour services. This is because of changes in industry, economics and demographics. There simply isn't enough after-hours work here to justify offering a 24 hour service.
We can open and repair most of the safes that are in use in our service area, including electronic, mechanical dial combination and key lock safes. The opening method we use depends on the safe specifications.
We open some cars, trucks and RV's. It just depends on the year, make and model. Some newer vehicles, and high-end vehicles like BMW, Mercedez-Benz, Ferrari, etc. etc. require a key or electronic FOB to open them and in extreme cases only the dealer can do that. BMW's get towed to Las Vegas several times a year from our area because nobody can open or make keys for them.
